1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The Operator may update these Terms without prior notice; updated Terms take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the change.

2. What the site provides

The site provides:

• Eight web-based calculators (age, interest, character/word count, lunar calendar, QR code, BMI/BMR/TDEE, pregnancy week, dog breed match)
• Long-form guides per tool, written separately for Korean, Japanese, and English markets
• Related social card-news assets

No account or login is required, and all tools and content are free to use. We make best efforts to keep the site available but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

3. Disclaimer — Information and Education Only

Calculator results and editorial content are provided for information and educational reference only and are not a substitute for:

• Medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment advice. The BMI/BMR/TDEE and pregnancy-week tools are not medical advice. Please consult a qualified physician, pharmacist, or other licensed medical professional for health-related decisions.

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by the Operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

4. Advertising

The site is funded through Google AdSense. Ads appear only in positions that don't break body readability. The Operator does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any third-party product or service shown in advertising, and is not liable for damages resulting from your use of those products or services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, code, design, the PiPi mascot) is owned by the Operator (PiFl Labs) or its licensors. The following actions require separate written permission:

• Extracting or redistributing tool source code
• Commercial use of the PiPi mascot
• Commercial translation or republication

Short excerpts with attribution (URL or site name) are permitted. Non-commercial personal quoting is broadly allowed.

External sources cited on the site (laws, professional society guidelines, government statistics, journal articles) remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their use may be subject to additional restrictions; please check the original source.

6. User Obligations

When using the site, please:

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public policy.
• Do not attempt to disrupt site stability through automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service activity.
• Do not rely on calculator output as the sole basis for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

The Operator may modify the tools, content, or design, or temporarily or permanently suspend the service, at its discretion. Where possible we provide advance notice, but urgent security or legal reasons may require immediate change without notice.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute related to the use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, please first contact the Operator by email (support@pifl-labs.com) so we can attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion. If amicable resolution is not reached, the courts of the Operator's jurisdiction shall serve as the agreed first-instance forum.
