1. Operator

PiPi Worlds (pipi-worlds.com) is operated by PiFl Labs ("we", "us", "operator"). For privacy-related inquiries, please use our Contact page or the email address below.

2. How each feature handles information

Calculators and converters

Calculations such as age, percentages and text counts run in your browser. If you share results in a URL, the recipient receives the included values. Query strings can also appear in server requests or logs. Do not put sensitive information in shared URLs. The age tool does not change the address bar when you type a date. You can preview a date-bearing result link and separately choose to copy it. An existing result link is read before its date parameters are removed from the current address; this does not erase the initial server request, logs or earlier history. We show a warning if clearing fails.

Browser-local focus records

The date, start/completion status and interruption count entered in the Korean focus story are stored only in your browser's local storage. The entries are not sent to our server or app and are separate from the web timer's records. You can erase them with the card's delete-all button or your browser's site-data settings. They may be lost if storage is blocked or cleared. Separately, the web focus timer stores completed focus-block counts in the same browser by the device’s calendar date. The explicitly opened last-7-days view only reads existing values. Older dated values are not automatically deleted when the day changes. Block lengths vary, so counts are not focused minutes or a measure of attention. Not stored does not prove zero completions; multiple tabs are not combined in real time. Counts are not sent to our server or app and are separate from page-view and return-visit measurements. Browser site-data settings can erase them but can also remove other preferences and saved records. They do not carry across browsers or addresses.

Group scheduling

Meeting titles, candidate dates, time ranges, time zones, participant names, availability and update times are stored in Cloudflare KV. An optional password is sent to the server to check editing access and stored as a hash. Meeting records are set to expire 90 days after creation or the last update. Anyone with the meeting link can view its title, participant names and availability. Use a nickname and avoid sensitive details.

Usage events

Scheduling creation, visits and creation after a visit are recorded with the meeting ID, language, referral category and timestamps. Records are set to expire 180 days after the storage key is last updated. These event records do not include participant names or selected time slots.

App-link counts

Clicks on app-store links and some external promotional links are counted by date, campaign, source, destination store and related categories. App-link counts also include the page language declared in the link; older records have an unknown language. When the storage binding is configured, counts are set to expire 120 days after the last update. A click count is not evidence of an app installation or purchase.

Request protection and support

Temporary counters containing IP addresses limit excessive scheduling API requests; their default expiry is 120 seconds. If you email us, we receive your email address and message to respond. Send access or deletion inquiries to support@pifl-labs.com. Do not include passwords in your request.

Korean browser playroom

The reaction game stores only your personal best average in this browser’s local storage. You can remove it with the game’s clear-best button or your browser’s site-data settings. The matching-card game keeps its state and move count only in the current page; reloading resets them. Neither game sends scores or card states to our server. Page-view and performance measurement is separate, as described under Cloudflare Web Analytics below.

Optional reader feedback

Only pressing a response button on the Korean three-day focus, English meeting-gap or Japanese subscription-cancellation story sends the story category and chosen answer. Daily anonymous aggregates are stored in Cloudflare KV with expiry 35 days after the last update. No new cookie, visitor ID or per-response record is created. Aggregate records omit personal information, tool inputs, focus logs, full page URLs and Referer. The counting code does not store IP or User-Agent; hosting request processing below is separate. The feature is disabled for GPC or DNT refusal signals. No automatic resend; concurrent updates, repeated or spoofed requests can cause errors. We cannot identify or delete/withdraw an individual response; aggregates expire. Not responding does not affect use. These are not completed-reading, return-visit or installation measurements.

Read-later lists

Only paths of articles you explicitly save are kept in browser local storage, separately for each language. This list is not sent to our server or apps. The feature adds no reading history, visitor identifier or save time, and does not sync across devices. Remove an article, clear the list for that language, or delete site data in your browser to erase it. Items may remain until you delete them; private browsing, blocked storage or cleared site data may not retain them. Items that no longer meet current publication and review conditions are not displayed. This is not a reading or return-visit measurement.

Optional reading observation (three pilot articles)

Off by default. Only after you agree, the Korean focus experiment, English meeting-gap note and Japanese app-deletion/subscription note are observed. This browser keeps the consent expiry, each pilot article’s last UTC visit date and attempt/acknowledgement flags, usable for at most 35 days. Signals are a consenting browser/article/UTC-day visit attempt, a visible AND focused window for at least 30 seconds with the article midpoint reached, and the same article reopened after an acknowledged visit on an earlier UTC date. Only a fixed article category, signal and consent:true are transmitted—not stored dates, personal identifiers, tool inputs, complete URLs, cookies or Referer. Cloudflare KV stores daily aggregates only, expiring 35 days after the last update. These aggregates do not retain IP, User-Agent, individual event times or consent records; hosting-layer request processing is separate. GPC/DNT, unavailable storage or expired consent stop observation. Switching off in a pilot article stops future observation and erases only this feature’s browser record. If erasure cannot be verified, use browser site-data settings. Individual contributions cannot be identified or deleted from server aggregates. Raw browser data can remain after expiry until deleted, but is not used for observation. This selected cohort’s signals are not completed reading, all visits, unique returning people, installs or revenue. Existing Web Analytics, redirect counts and advertising consent remain separate.

3. Third-party services

3.1 Google AdSense (advertising)

On pages where Google AdSense advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Advertising is not enabled on every page.

3.2 Cloudflare Pages (hosting)

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata (standard HTTP logs) for security and performance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

3.3 Cloudflare Web Analytics (page and performance measurement)

Cloudflare automatically adds a browser beacon to public pages. It sends page-view, referring-page and page-load performance data to Cloudflare; this is separate from the tool inputs and feature-specific events described above. Cloudflare says its beacon does not read or set browser cookies or local storage and does not track individuals across different websites. A normal network request still reaches Cloudflare when the beacon runs. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics beacon documentation for its data and processing details. Page-view measurement does not tell us whether someone finished reading, returned later or installed an app.

4. Cookies

We set a pref-lang cookie for one year to remember your language. Theme, text size and some tool records may be stored in browser local storage. You can remove these through your browser’s site-data settings; doing so may reset preferences and local records. On pages where advertising is enabled, Google and other third parties may use advertising cookies.

5. Children

This site is not directed to children under 14. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without consent, we will delete it.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or the service. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revision.
