PiPi Worlds is a project by PiFl Labs.

Bug reports on tools and articles, suggestions for new tools, advertising and content partnerships and privacy-related requests go through the email below. Response times depend on the request and our workload.

To help us identify your inquiry, please prefix your subject line with [PiPi Worlds]. For bug reports, include the page URL, your browser and OS, and the steps to reproduce. We will review the report and make a correction if needed; investigation and release timing depend on the issue.

Report a problem without private data

  1. Page and environment: remove any input values after ? or # from the page address. Include the page language, browser and OS.
  2. Steps and results: use made-up examples instead of personal data. Tell us which buttons you used, in what order, what you expected and what actually happened.
  3. Factual corrections: identify the sentence, explain the issue and link to an official or primary source we can check.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, JWTs, or real birth dates, pay or health information. Before attaching a screenshot, hide input values and other people's information. You can omit attachments if they might still reveal private data.

Review the email yourself before sending. This page does not automatically remove private data from addresses or attachments. For privacy-rights requests, see our Privacy Policy.

  • Tool result or calculation errors (include steps to reproduce and your browser/OS)
  • Typos, factual errors, or source updates in articles (include the article URL)
  • Suggestions for new tools or topics (please note which market — Korean/Japanese/English — would benefit)
  • Advertising and content partnerships (please include your proposal, domain and budget)
  • Privacy-related requests — access, correction, or deletion requests are handled per our Privacy Policy
  • Copyright or trademark infringement reports (include the URL and supporting evidence)

How we handle inquiries

  • General inquiries: we review and respond, but do not guarantee a fixed reply time.
  • Tool result errors: we assess reproducibility and impact before making a correction.
  • Privacy requests: please refer to the data and retention details in our Privacy Policy.
  • No reply received? Check your spam folder and contact us again at the same address.
