PiPi Worlds — Keep the evidence when you edit Original practice sheet, 16 October 2026 Use this locally for one paragraph, not as a complete letter template. No account, upload, app or payment is needed. This is a manual comparison, not automatic grading, career advice, an ATS score or a hiring prediction. WORKED EXAMPLE Fictional example: do not use these achievements as your own. Role requirement: coordinate schedules and keep accurate records. Original evidence: At a campus repair event, the writer coordinated six volunteers across three shifts, maintained a parts/appointment checklist, and recorded 48 completed repairs. Proposed edit A (reject: changed responsibility): I led six volunteers and completed 48 repairs across three shifts. Problem: recording a result does not mean personally performing every repair. The original supports coordination, not the new claim of completing repairs. Proposed edit B (reject: invented improvement): I improved repair throughput by 40% while coordinating six volunteers. Problem: there is no before-and-after baseline, time period or 40% result in the original evidence. A completed-repair count is not an improvement rate. Narrower rewrite (keep for this exercise, not a complete letter): I coordinated six volunteers across three shifts and recorded 48 completed repairs. It keeps the supported action and scale. In a full draft, consider whether the checklist detail or connection to the role also needs to stay. YOUR OWN PARAGRAPH — replace the blanks with accurate, non-confidential facts. Do not include contact details, application IDs, employer secrets or other people's personal information in this practice sheet. Role requirement: What I actually did: What the result measures: Evidence I can explain: Claim to remove or verify: Revised sentence: Next review: form limit / exported layout / factual feedback / other: Unknown is not zero. Do not invent a baseline or percentage. If a number is confidential or unsupported, describe the work accurately without it or use an approved non-confidential measure. A number is optional. Check that each revision keeps the actor, action, scope and time period you can support. Word count alone cannot do this. BEFORE SENDING [ ] Follow the specific application's instructions and file format. [ ] Remove invented results and make individual/team contributions clear. [ ] Compare a form's own counter if it specifies a limit. [ ] Open the final exported document and inspect its layout. [ ] Check the letter with the resume and request factual feedback if available. Keep your filled-in copy in your own approved local workflow. Saving the article in PiPi Worlds does not save this filled-in file. There is no submission or upload feature on this sheet.
